FAQ
Q
We are in a really hard place as a couple, but we are not actually on the brink. Could your Brink to Breakthrough Program still help us?
Yes definitely. I will always meet you where you are and lead you towards where you want to go. I can absolutely adapt the content of the RE-PAIR roadmap according to your situation and offer you support where you need it most.
Q
How do we know whether we need The Brink To Breakthrough Program, Couple Therapy or the Ten To Together Program?
If you are in a highly distressed and escalated place of conflict then The Brink To Breakthrough Program or Couple Therapy would be the best fit. Safety always comes before therapy. The Brink To Breakthrough Program offers seamless support which means no more waiting between therapy sessions, and the time-limited structure to 3 months within which to experience greater calm, clarity and connection. Please do reach out to book your free consultation to explore further.
Q
How many hours per week would we need for the Mentoring and Masterclasses in Ten to Together?
Each of the 10 Masterclasses require approximately 2 hours of video viewing time per week, less in week 1 which is your Reception week. However because you are encouraged to prepare Alignment Assignments and spend time sharing with each other, it is best to assume that around 3 hours per week in total will be appropriate to get the most out of your Masterclasses. The time to put aside for Mentoring each week will be on top of this and will depend on the level that you have chosen, starting at 25 minutes per fortnight.

Q
If we start on the Bronze Mentoring level and want to move up to Silver or Gold in the Ten to Together Program, how does this work?
It is easy for you to move up from Bronze to the other levels if you wish, the fee is just worked out pro rata according to how many of the 10 Steps you have already gone through. Similarly if you wish to just have a one-off session to get over a small bump in the road, then that can also be easily arranged.
Q
Can we just add an extra one-off Mentoring session, instead of moving up to the next Mentoring Level?
Yes absolutely. The hope is to support you both on your relationship journey, for you to have whatever serves you both best in getting unstuck and embracing your love success.
Q
Where are your Couple Therapy or Mentoring sessions held?
At a smart and comfortable venue in Lyne, near Weybridge in Surrey, or online on Zoom.
Q
If you are Certified in EFT, why have you developed your own RE-PAIR Relationship Roadmap?
Because I wanted to equip couples in the best possible way. By drawing from the strengths of different modalities, and presenting the content in a relationship roadmap that accelerates and elevates their conscious connection, my heart is not just to help couples recover in the here and now, but have the skills and strategies to be set up for romantic success for life.
Q
Do you offer Therapy to individuals?
Yes particularly with a focus on relationships. Sometimes during Couple Therapy or Mentoring there may be a issue that one person needs focused help with to help the couple get unstuck, and we can explore the best plan to be able to move forward with this.
Q
What if my partner does not want to do Therapy?
You are welcome to start Therapy as an individual with the hope that within a few sessions your partner may wish to join. We can explore together how we can help to make the idea of Couple Therapy feel more accessible and more attractive as an option for your partner. If, however, they are leaning out of the relationship, we can explore the Clarity Clinic, where you have the option of Discernment Counselling which is a short-term structured process for you both individually in parallel.
Q
Can we do Couple Therapy if one of us is already in Individual Therapy?
Totally. I work with many couples where one or both partners are already in Individual Therapy and they wish to continue this. Sometimes there might be areas to work on that arise in Couple Therapy that can then be accelerated by addressing alongside in Individual Therapy.
Q
Can I have individual sessions first and my partner join later for Couple Therapy?
Yes absolutely. However generally only a few sessions are recommended before your partner joins, otherwise they can find it hard to come into an already established therapeutic relationship. So if a longer period of Individual Therapy is required first, it might then be advisable for a referral to a separate Couple Therapist.
Q
Did you used to be called Andrea Tibbitts?
Yes! I changed my business name because I want to align my identity with my commitment to my life’s calling! My heart is to empower more couples to experience love for life, which hopefully will be helped by having a compassionate, relevant name, that people can spell and remember!
Q
Is The Love Clinic your brand too?
Yes The Love Clinic was my original brand identity. However I wanted couples to feel welcome by making my brand more personal. What I offer is so much more about me as a person more than a place.
